1. Acceptance of the terms

Welcome to Gumtree Capital (we, us, our, Platform). These Terms govern your (you, your, User) access to our website, apps, trading tools, and related services (Services). By using the Services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not accept them, please stop using the Services.

2. Eligibility, accounts, and limits

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract. You confirm you are not in any jurisdiction where use is banned. We may refuse service, carry out KYC checks, and suspend accounts for risk, fraud, or breach. You are responsible for keeping profile details accurate and protecting your login credentials.

3. Services, third parties, and risk

We may introduce or refer you to third-party platforms; unless we say otherwise, we are not acting as your broker. Trading carries a significant risk of loss. Previous performance is no guarantee of future outcomes. You alone are responsible for your decisions and any tax obligations.

4. Charges, acceptable use, and IP

Fees, if any, are as shown at purchase. You must not misuse the Services (including unlawful content, malware, scraping without consent, circumventing security, or reverse engineering except where permitted by law). All Platform content and marks remain our property or that of our licensors; you receive a limited, revocable licence to use them as offered.

5. Warranties disclaimer and liability limits

To the fullest extent permitted by United Kingdom law, the Services are provided as is without warranties of any kind. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses and, where permitted, cap total liability at the greater of £80 or amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing excludes non-excludable consumer protections.

6. Indemnity, suspension, and ending access

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of, or breach of, these Terms. We may suspend or end access for breach, risk, or legal reasons. The provisions on liability limits, indemnity, and disputes will continue to apply after termination.
